Inter Company Clothing and Shoe Compatability

Hey Everybody,
I'm interested in compiling a list of bodies and clothes between companies that are compatible (The Right Size)
I actually did a search for this and couldn't find it in this Forum. If we could put together any kind of complete list I think it would be very helpful. I'm pretty new, but I have seen a lot of variation between doll bodies of similar sizes, so this makes me think that a 65 CM doll from one company may not fit into the 65cm clothes of another company. Same thing with Shoes, I haven’t seen any real comparisons between doll feet and I have noticed that some foot sizes are shared between doll sizes.
For Myself I am most interested in what sizes fir SD13 girls, but I think if there was a broader thread it would be more helpful, and possibly quite useful.
If this information is listed elsewhere then please let me know, as I couldn't find it.

As I get data inputs I will edit this post with the information so that it is easy to access without having to scroll through the thread.
