Work, work, and work. Working over-time pays really well

Well, I still live with my mom, and can't get a job no matter how many apps I turn in.
I've earned most my doll money through other dolls... I sell custom Monster High dolls, and take commissions for repaints, and that's what paid for my RS boy. (And all my obitsu's)

Jezabel, my Dollzone ying, was kind of a gift from my dad. I was going to save for him myself, until I realized he was no longer made, and Junkyspot had one in stock... I couldn't risk letting him get away from me, and my dad helped me out.

But yeah, most my BJD money is from commissions and other sales.

Work, work, and more work. I know it is tough, especially for young people to afford this hobby. I'm glad there are more affordable options from companies like resinsoul so that more people can afford to join in this great hobby.

I set aside a portion of the profits from my Cookie Lee Jewelry business. I also make doll clothing and accessories for sale, but my ROI on Cookie Lee is an immediate 50 percent on every piece of jewelry I sell, so that's been my main focus for the past seven years. I'm happy to provide info if anyone cares to PM me.

I take commission work sometimes, (I make crocheted dolls of anything you want) I collect change and cans constantly, which isn't much, about 20-30 dollars every two months for both of them combined, I also sell things I'm no longer interested in since I'm a pack rat. I also make clothing and sell them sometimes as well. I somehow always have some money around thankfully, I dunno how exactly, but it works in my favor when it wants to! xD

That and occasionally I'll sell a doll. Out with the old and in with the new!
