How long does LUTS usually have their dolls before getting sold out?

I am flat broke after getting the dolls that I wanted, of course. But there is the LUTS Delf Toya Zuzu - it's a little rabbit-human hybrid, and I asked my fiance to get her for me for my birthday. My birthday is in November, and he would probably order her over the summer, but I'm scared she might get sold out by that time, or discontinued.

Would LUTS give a warning before that happens? What are the odds of that happening?
