Super Dollfie Cute fashions?

Since it appears I will soon be the proud parent of a Super Dollfie Cute (male) I am wondering what clothing fits the SDC nicely. By that I mean, fairly well tailored and correct in arm and leg lengths.

Since SDC are fairly rare I've been having a heck of a time finding information. Also, since it seems I've become a Mini addict (I swore my next doll was going to be a SD13 boy and then I turned around and got another mini ) I may put some effort into creating a Minis Measurements database if one doesn't already exist. Heck, I may do it anyway just because I'm crazy that way.

Anyway, back to the subject at hand. I know that, on the Volks website, they offer outfits that are meant to fit both MSD and SDC. I'm wondering how accurate that is. Alas, I don't care for the "little boy/girl" styles Volks seems to offer so I'm wondering if the more 'teen/adult' styles offered on other websites that claim to fit "MSD" but are often being modeled by the more mature-looking minis would fit.

If anyone has firsthand experience with clothing SDC or knows of any available resources that may provide insight to my questions I'd love to hear from you!

Thank you!

There's always Friends2BMade. The clothes they sell tend to be teen styles, and the shirts and some of the pants fit minis and slim minis well.

F2BM boy clothing has shorts that fit decently. The shirts are very large in the neck and short sleeves are ok but the long sleeves only go to 3/4 length. The long trousers hit at shin level.

But how can you complain too much for 3.00US a piece?

I'd check YJ.

Anything other than those? I'm talking nice designer clothing options. I'm afraid the F2BM is pretty much a step sideways from Groovy Girl stuff. It's fine for children's dolls but for BJD it's rather, well to be a bit blunt, cheesy. If I'm willing to invest $700 in a doll I'm definitely willing to also invest in some decent clothing. ^_^;

You'd certainly be able to commission a number of people.

SDcute's are notoriously difficult to find things for.

I've found that, in terms of tops and jackets, a lot of Volks stuff for MSDs works pretty well for SDC boys. The Hewitt II stuff fits my SDC like a dream, only the pants are too short.

Marsh pants for SDC are also very well cut (even if they're not designer, hehe).

Other than that, it's pretty hit and miss.
