Where did DollnDoll go?

I just ordered my first Yo-SD from DollnDoll and the next day, the site is gone!

I've tried dropping them an email but I keep getting this postmaster notification that states that my email is being delayed.

I've seen DollnDoll around for years already so I don't think they're out to scam.

Anyone experiencing the same problem and has managed to get a response from DollnDoll?

It looks like a hacker to me, or like their domain name expired,
but I definitely hope that this gets solved quickly! Good luck!

I totally understand why you are upset -- that's a horrible situation to be in!

It looks like their domain name has expired and was bought out by a squatter. That means they can't get their domain name back until/unless they pay the squatter money. It can happen if you aren't careful and forget to renew before it expires -- squatters always check popular (often accessed) domains and buy them if they expire and then charge exorbitant sums to give them back to their rightful owners.

A quick search on DoA turned up some other people worrying about the same issue. According to one poster, this is their Ebay store:
http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/thesauros71/
So they may be contactable via Ebay. And this is a possible alternate email address, although the poster noted that it may be used for PayPal only: thesauros71@yahoo.co.kr

If you are a DoA member, I found this info in the last page of the DollnDoll discussion thread, so you may consider following that thread for more info.

I really hope that this is just a big mistake and that everything works out okay for you! Please keep us updated.

Thank you so much for your info!! I don't have access to DoA and I've tried googling about Dollndoll's site disappearance but nothing came up! I've dropped an email to thesauros71@yahoo.co.kr. Apparently that is the email they use for their Paypal, but I have not received a reply either

I hope the company will contact its buyers quickly. They have really nice dolls and I was hoping to purchase a Neige in the future too

No worries at all. I'm glad I was able to help. I've subscribed to the DoA thread with "instant email notification" so if anyone else posts updates I'll get them right away. I'll let you know if anyone posts any further updates.

I think you can still view the 'News' sub-forum of DoA even if you're not a member, so hopefully if anything comes up there you can see it, but when things like this change so quickly, often it takes awhile for it to hit 'News'!

I'm sure there's just been some sort of mixup and that it will be resolved soon. I imagine they're also being inundated by emails, and English isn't their native language either, so give them a bit of time to reply. But hopefully it'll be soon. I'm hoping for the best for you!

Great news!

I googled "dollndoll domain expired" and came across this site, which contained the email address of the person who registered dollndoll.com - aozora700@empal.com

Got a response today stating that DollnDoll's website has changed to www.thedollndoll.com ! They also emailed me a confirmed status for the order that I've paid for

DollnDoll also stated that they have sent an email to all members regarding the change in domain.

By the way, could I trouble you to convey to those on the DoA thread if they haven't already found out?
