First time mod

I have the sudden urge to mod my existing Doll ( a hujoo berry) into the proper little imp that she is, what kind of tips can you guys give me before I head into a progect like this?

I am not yet entirely sure if I am going to go through with it. like I said this is a pretty suden urge and I am not really a whim kinda person, but incase I do this I want to be well prepared.

What types of mods are you planning to perform?
Think about what you're willing to do: Are you going to cut into your doll, add things onto your doll, or change things that are already on your doll?
No matter what you do, I suggest that you look up some tutorials first.
It's a risky project, so it could/might ruin your doll!

Keep in mind that resin is toxic, so be sure to wear a face mask during the modding process.
Hope it helps!

Well Zita is actually made of ABS plastic, but I am thinking I want to change her color and add thing to her as oppsed to take stuff away from her.

In that case, I'm afraid I can't help you out...
Good luck, though!

Magic Sculpt should work for adding things onto her. I know little about adding onto dolls as well, but I agree with Puppeteer. Definitely try to find some tutorials about how to do something similar to what you want so you have some idea of where to start. xD

I suggest you pay for the mod it might be a little cash but less risky

I say it all depends on how artistic you are in general, if you're pretty good at artsy stuff you should be able to pull off modding. Most additive mods can be sanded away again with some determination, and since a Hujoo is a nice inexpensive doll, I think it'd be a good place to start if you really like the idea of modding dolls yourself.
I don't know how the plastic would react so you may want to research it, but Design Master spray paint is pretty gentle and I've used it on resin to good affect- it can also be removed just like a faceup can, I've tried.
As far as building things on, I really like Apoxie Sculpt, though any time you use an epoxy/two part chemical hardening clay, you should wear gloves or protective hand salve to prevent gaining a terrible allergy to it.
