Sealing shoes or feet to prevent staining

I have a pair of the Volks angel sandals. These sandals have a black Volks gVSh near the heal. I used them this past weekend for the first time and noticed that after a full day at the con that the gVSh had transferred to the heals of the snow white resin. Much of it wiped off, however I do not want repeat of this event. Normally I used socks with shoes and this was the first time I have had a shoe in direct contact with the resin. For times when the the resin is directly contacting items like shoes, is there anything I can ideally treat the shoe with? If not the shoe, Is there anything I can treat the resin of the feet with to prevent stains?

try using clear nail polish for the shoes, I don't know if the nail polish will harm the resin if you just paint the shoes though so be warned! also did you seal the feet with a sealant? Mr. Super Clear, Volks spray, or Mr. Top Coat? if not then your doll's feet are probally not sealed and can be stained more easily, but you don't have to seal if you don't mind cleaning their feet with mr. clean magic eraser when they get dirty.
