1) I have not replied to any of your past Email or PM within 2days from today
2) I do not reply your emails within 48hours
3) After ordering from www.usagihime.com, and you do not receive your invoice in 7days
4) After receiving your invoice, you do not receive shipping notice in 3days, you can ask about it. If you do not receive your EMS items in 10days, or your Airmail items in 20days. ( I will try my best to track the items for you )
5) After receiving your items and you have any feedback
6) IF you notice anyone using my designs or pictures or my name.
