The only reason why I am so nervous about the piggy is that this year will be my mother's 60 years old birthday, and also the Year of the Pig for Chinese. It's going to be big and since she always say she gave birth to me(little piggy) I want to send one as her present!

She should start arriving in late October...I wouldn't worry about not being able to find another between the next order (which I think they hinted would be the first half of each month?) and those who choose to sell after she arrives.

Her body's going to be SUPER tiny, I'm not sure that everyone who ordered was aware of just how small she's gonna turn out :doh

saw a news post on DoA... the second release of alice is starting on the 10th of this month. and rather than being limited in number, it's just a short ordering period that ends on the 25th!

Reviving this thread because my Alice Cherry Blossom is still only of my favorite BJDs ever. :) I was never into Anthro style BJDs until I saw Alice. Something about her is just endearing to me. Because of her, I got CCC's 1st edition of Bubu, and then was able to adopt Princess Kaba from a friend. And recently I bought the little elephant from Jpop for my husband's birthday gift. But to me, Alice remains my favorite. :heart

I wonder how many other remain smitten with their Alices, or her other family members?

I ended up giving up on her because she was so hard to find, and way out of my price range at the time. Now I watch them on ebay for fun.

Congrats julidc! Post some pictures of your little ones, I'd love to see the elephant in owner pictures! :)
