You can read some fashion magazines for humans. You would have many samples of current trends, and that's easily adapted on dolls.

Fashion really is about personal preference, as well as what you believe suits your mold. Each of my dolls has a totally different look that fits their personalities and molds first. What kind of styles are you attracted to? When you look at your doll do you see him in a suit or in jeans? I think it's hard to simply throw out ideas when there are so many options.

You could post pictures of your doll as well to get more advice.

Fashion is a rather personal thing, since it's about expression as well as style. Other people really can't create it for you. I would suggest looking at existing dolls and doll photos and seeing what you feel a response to, and then incorporate those ideas into your own doll's wardrobe! It's kind of like choosing your own doll mold -- in the end, no one can tell you what you like except you!

well, I hardly find a fashion magazine that have a teen-early 20's style. Most I see are suits and semi formal clothes.

So that's why I'm looking for reference pics of Harajuku or Japanese/Korean Street fashion but I hardly seen anything... I search in the internet but I only see few good clothes...

Does anyone knows any online shops that sells Japanese/Korean Street fashion (human clothes)

anyways here's the pic of my boy

I don't know where you live but most book retailers (stores or online) have huge magazine sections with fashion titles for teens and young adults. If you specifically want Japanese street style, try looking for titles like Fruits, Smart, Kera, Gothic-Lolita Bible (mostly girlswear). You can also try looking at doll companies available clothes for ideas, as most of them have casual or streetwear, and are based in Korea or Japan.

YesStyle sells a variety of Asian clothing brands --> http://www.yesstyle.com/en/Index.aspx
Their guys' stuff tends to be pretty repetitive though.

if you are on LJ, there are tons of fashion communities. It's all a matter of taste however. There are EGL, Lolita, modern, fruits, whatever your heart desires really. Just go to their search, plug in fashion, and you'll find them all.

I think one of the best communities is foto_decadent, but that is mostly for the photography aspect of things, not so much the fashion, however, some of the fashion is pretty cool.

Good luck!

the runway communities are really great too. or if you go to style.com and look at the runways there, under men. Some of them are just suits, but some are really awesome styles. D squared is one of my personal favorites and inspirations. :3 and like Mercy said, foto_decadent has great stuff.

I think it really depends on the personality of your doll and what looks best on him. I will say that you can never go wrong with a finely constructed garment, "fashionable" or not!

I second (third?) the suggestion to check out Fruits - you can buy it in book form at any Barnes and Noble or Borders, often up front or in the Art section - or try searching their "search" computers. While many of the examples are girls, others are boys.

Also, just try searching for J-Rock, especially specific bands if you know them. There are lots of fansites and websites to different bands and I'm sure you'll find lots of pictures :)

I am no expert buy I would say black, black with white, black with red, black with other colors.

Google images - searching for jrock:

You didn't list which boy you own - someone might know some clothing sources.

Some of Bliss's boy clothing might be styles you like. But Narin is very slim so they may not fit your boy. His measurements are at the second link.

For a less mature boy, Dollmore usually has some black clothes:

Anotherspace has some black and unusual stuff:
