Shoes for minifee? (wigs too)

Hi, I'm new to abdjs and have been researching to decide on a doll and initial items to start out with (sooo excited!!!). After figuring out the lingo, the manufacturers, and so on, it seems the most confusing part remaining is how to know what size stuff fits who.

I'm interested in getting a minifee Lishe and am wondering most of all what line of shoes is the best fit for a MNF. Is the mimiwoo line a good fit for shoes? (what about clothes?)

Also, I'm interested in finding some solid info as to whether Lishe would be a 6/7 or 7/8 wig size. I don't want one of the tibetan/skin wigs, but am looking at either handmade mohair locks (not on skin), or heat-resistant. Found two I really like that are Kaye Wiggs -- are her wigs a good fit and quality for MNF Lishe?

The date on this is old, but I'll help out anyway! :)

I have a minifee girl and she fits 7/8 size wigs best. I have a tibetan lamb fur wig and it doesn't stretch much, so it's best to stick with 7/8 size. My friend that made it for me, dyed the wig with Kool-aid! :D
