Maybe I'm safe...Ravis's species is decended from reptiles. Think humanoid dinosaurs for lack of a better description. He has fangs and claws - both retract. The kitty head would do me no good...but so long as the claw hands are NOT furry, I could use them.

I sense I'm in danger. I've avoided all the Soom boys w/claws...but being that I want an EID and have plans to buy one this year. This boy could cause some serious rethinking of my plans.

Tias is a basilisk and while my dragons ARE more cat like than reptilian I dunno if the cat will really suit there..

That is always an option...I almost caved on Chalco - thinking I'd sell the unwanted parts. But my better sense kicked in and reminded the part of me that goes "oh, pretty, shiny" that I want my big boys to be manly and dwarf their mates.

I know in the end if I decide I really need the clawed hands, I can always pick up a 2nd set of EID hands and have them modded. Ravis and Vesren will both have a LOT of blush and tattoo work done since they have areas on their body where there are patches of scales. And "bloodmarks" that indicate they are pure blood Ves (the royal family).

My hope is that should this boy scream he is Ravis, they bring out a standard version and I can get him toward the end of the year.

The waiting is the hard part. And while I know that the EID is my option for Ravis...part of me really wants to get Sean first. Which means I need to save my funds and get him home first...then worry about Ravis.

But then, if he is a limited and in the right skin tone, there is a chance hubby will cave and we go ahead and get him. It might mean putting someone up in the marketplace - which means Jothos would go bye-bye.

Okay...I seriously LOVE the lion parts! Absolutely gorgeous. Or keep the normal head on with the tail!!

His facial hair is so tastefully done. I love those brooding eyes! I don't care for the lion parts or his hat/jacket, though. The scuffed leather looks dirty to me-I know it isn't, but.. blech. It reminds me of those ucky distressed jeans with premade holes and paint stains.

All in all, he has a beautiful face and body.

If I had an EID boy, I'd so jump a split for his outfit. Guh. Yummy. But it would never fit on my scrawny Soom boys, alas. ^^;

I am disappointed in his animal parts, though. Iplehouse sculpts beautiful bodies and faces, but I think they're trying too hard with the animal stuff. Pushing to capture some of Soom's success. :/ Without them, he's a gorgeous doll and really seems to suit his Ringmaster persona. With them, he's... well, just another chimera. :/

Although I have to admit the idea of Evan Tamer 'taming' the lionesque Ringmaster amuses the heck out of me.

Ooooh, he's so gorgeous. I think the slight facial hair on his faceup is awesome and suits him so well.

I'm not so sold on the chimera head. It's a bit too big and too bold for me. I like a better blending, I guess. But that cane is cool! And the lion tail is amusing. ^__^ I very much like the human version though.
