What's up with SOOM lately?

First they redesign their website, which looks horrible now. Then I hear something about Idealian being a bad product. I didn't even know he was available yet.

What's going on @_@

They had released Idealian breifly for a few hours but then closed things down and said that they were putting a stop to the project because they wanted to perfect the doll before releasing him. Might have been a problem with the doll or they might have just decided to put him on hold while they deal with all their monthly dolls.

The Idealian website was weeeeird...you had to pledge this or that just to see the doll properly (which I never did). Idealian seemed interesting though, I wonder if they'll ever go back to him or if that was the end of him!

From what I recall, the Idealian seemed like was supposed to be based off of the sort of conspiracy theories that surround groups like the Illuminati. I thought the concept was kind of neat, and hopefully they release these dolls again. :)
