I have dealt with the VolksUSA showroom numerous times and just recently made an order through the Volks international website.

From the VolksUSA Showroom I have purchased everything from the SD 10th anniversary phone strap to a SD13 doll. The employees here are very friendly, and super helpful. After the first visit they ask how my dolls are by name.

The Volks International website gave great correspondence and reliable shipping.

Great. Whatever questions I had they answered in a reasonable time frame (0-2 days)

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. Paid with CC not paypal.

How long did it take to ship?
4 business days (Received item on July 2)

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, they always are.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes.

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Directly through Volks USA
* How was the communication? AMAZING! They sent me a confirmation email after I entered the lottery, as they stated in the lottery instructions, I was notified that I won her a week or so later. When it was time for her to be shipped, they sent me an email with a tracking number.
* How easy was it to pay? Extremely. I used a credit card and had no problems. They say that some companies may put holds for the amount until you find out if you've won or not, but I had nor problems with that.
* How long did it take to ship? Like I said, I entered in December, but it stated on the site that the items wouldn't be shipped until late February or early March. I received her the first week of March. It didn't take long at all after they shipped her.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? DEFINETELY!! She is amazing! I love her!
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, she is very beautiful and looks just like the pictures (if not better) as well as the character she is based on.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, very much so. I love Volks' products so much! I just wish I could afford them more often!
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
* Would you order from this company again? Definately. I have ordered some other small things, like yes, eyelashes, and other accessoties... etc... but if I get the money I'd love to order another doll.
* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes, if the item/doll was in good shape and the price was reasonible then I most certainly would. Sometimes that is the only way to get some of there dolls, at least if you want their sold out limiteds anyway...
