Just a warning for anyone. I've been conned by this person, they seemed ok, their feedback on Ebay was fine. They help run a forum called BJDillusions. I'm gonna copy and paste what I have just finished writing to the Fraud squad in the USA.

"2nd January 2008 I agree to start paying off monthly a doll from Jonell. We agree to a 6 month layaway. My first payment is $60, and another of the same amount on the 27th January. 24th Feb is next payment for $60, followed by 18th March, $60, 12th April, another $60, and the last on 16th May for $162, at her request that she needs the layaway finishing. Strangely enough the final figure she asked for was more than I agreed to pay, but I can understand if that was my mistake I am willing to admit this. This is not the problem though.
After I send the last payment, some time goes by, and I contact her asking if she has actually sent the doll. She says her father has died, and that she is not staying at her home. She will send it when she gets back, she says.
Some more time passes and, after a message from me on the 16th July she states that she has sent the doll, after a mix-up at the post office, and assures me it will be with me in 2 weeks.
Almost 4 months later (I gave it some time as I know international parcels can take a while) and nothing. I try contacting her again, through various means but I get no response from anywhere.
Recently I contacted a moderator of the forum to see if they could contact Jonell, and I just noticed a post in my thread stating, "I never paid the layaway off in time and didnt try to contact" She also stated that she tried to contact me, but I had no messages or anything from her. Also, why would she tell me she had sent the doll if there was a problem with payments?
I have done some research on this individual and found out on a similar forum she was banned, and her feedback was less than satisfactory. She did the same thing to someone else, never sent their item. I feel very unhappy that this has happened, and if you need any other proof, I have print screens of all messages I have mentioned, from the forum, and also, I have my paypal records to prove my payments. If you need any more information, please contact me."
Im sorry if its grammatically any errors, I'm very angry and upset right now, as the woman couldnt even contact me, she made someone else post that I hadn't paid in time and that I wouldnt contact her. I'll post the forum here.
I want to post it other places I can trust because I feel my post there will be deleted.

The response I got (which she didn't want me post but if it's the truth then there should be no harm in such), is that you (1000014) defaulted on a layaway with her. That you didn't pay/contact her over a period of time and thus default. That she did attempt to contact you during/at the time but got no response, and that only now are you attempting to contact her.
I'm just passing on the information I was told. (Don't shoot the messenger). I think you both need to work things out together.

"Ok, looking back on my paypal records, I sent all the money in 5 months, she agreed to give me 6 months if need be. I have print screened all the information because I seriously have doubts now on working with this woman. I dont think she wants to actually contact me because she knows she is in the wrong. I am trying to keep my composure writing this, but to be honest I am..more than a little annoyed.
My paypal records state my first payment was 2nd Jan, which I have co-ordinated with the messages. I have a print screen of this message, so if I need to prove anything I have evidence. Her message is as followed:
"The total would be $360 with shipping. So please let me know. Obviously I prefer a shorter layaway but if you need 6 months, I will do it..."
As you can see here, I have been asked to pay $360. According to my paypal accounts which I didnt notice at the time, I have actually paid more than this;
5 payments of $60
1 payment of $162
Obviously this actually adds up to $462. This isn't my main problem though, its strange though, my first payment is 2nd Jan, same as the messages.
This is a copy and paste from my paypal, these payments sent to the email address I was given, designsforher@aol.com:

My main problem is that on 16th July 2008 she wrote to me blaming a post office for not sending the doll. I will post the message here, and I do have a print screen of it also:
"So sorry for the delay in answering. I have been gone a lot due to my faither's death and sometimes can't get into my pm's. Anyway I dropped the doll off at the mailboxes place I use some time back and just found out a little while ago that they just now shipped the package! I won't be going back there anymore! They said it got put in the back accidentially with someone else;s hold mail and apologized profusely. So, it should be there in a couple of weeks. They said they couldn't send it with tracking for some reason. Take care....Jo"
As for saying she has been trying to contact me, its the other way round. I have been trying to contact her in various places, to no avail. I left it months before thinking, hmm, doesnt look like the doll is coming. Instead of dealing with the problem in an adult way, she actually just seemed to ignore me. Even if I didn't pay in time, I would of expected an adult reply as opposed to telling me she HAD sent the doll.
I guess I this message will be deleted to protect herself, and I will probably get banned. Personally, I think if this happens it just proves she has something to hide.
It also sounds like she did similar things on Den of Angels, after doing a little asking, and got banned. I noticed one girl in her feedback had said that she had never sent an item. Shame that was only a small item. I have lost a lot of money, time and patience over this.
If anyone wants to contact me about this feel free. Bear in mind I have print screens of every message, AND this forum post by Vampireannekke. I dont wish to get you involved but I think you need to see this.

This has been such a downer for me, the feeling someone is accusing me of lying when I have all my evidence I need. And nothing I can do. I also recently found out Designsforher was banned from DOA, her feedback showed people with similar problems.
She recently has sent an email to all members of the forum (including me, so now I know she has been on the internet) that she wants to close this forum down, if people dont respond to her she will. She also claims she hasen't been able to get to her PMs for a number of months or something. *really if you owned a forum wouldn't you do something about this?*
This email she sent out to everyone about closing down the forum, I wrote back saying "wow your actually online"
AND SHE REPLIED WITH NO MENTION OF THE DOLLS!

She actually replied to me again saying she sent the items and is looking into why they didnt get here. But now Im banned from that forum. Strange huh...
If anyone can get in contact; knows anyone else to try to contact about this please do. I have now been banned from this forum in an attempt to hide all this.
