What are your favorite (not dolls or headmolds!) but parts...

And give a reason (aestethic appeal, posability... whatever)

I was thinking of Volks FCS, but any other company who offers parts and pieces of dolls seperately.

I personally like the F04 (trigger) hands. Llyn has them in white and while they can't really hold a gun, they're a lot more posable than people give them credit for (they don't seem very popular judging from the FCS dolls I've seen). Often in pictures it looks like he's gesturing while thinking or clutching something, or reaching for something...

Cool topic! I'd have to say, I like the swaricco legs best! Both on yos and SD10s. They just look so cute sitting like that, and they also have a lot larger range of motion than the ordinary SD10 legs, although they tend to be a bit less stable when standing. But who needs to stand when you can sit cutely! :D

I've been infatuated with my Super Gem Spinel's forearms since he came out of the box! The veins, the tendons...oh my, they are lovely!

Well-sculpted backs. Any backs. There's no particular company on my mind.
For example, Iplehouse's new 70 cm boy (but he's lick-able all over).

Slender guy hands (like Dollmore's new long hands).

Well I do rather like the new Soom Topaz's fairy hands and feet, very delicate.
But she's not on my "wants" list as at 65cm she's too big for my collection. :(

Ears. Cute ears are well, cute. Hound has such tiny ears.

And masculine hands... A pair of well blushed masculine hands always makes me happy.

I love MNF and CP's knees...and their calves...and their thighs XD Dang, I just love how they sculpt their legs overall in general x3

Also, not one particular mold in general but I adore well sculpted tummies. They can be flat and muscular stomachs or little rounded bellies, both are sexy to me, I just love it when you can tell there was some definate attention to detail on them and not just a chunk of body with no definition or shape.

And while I do like hands that are detailed, I find that's not as important to me as their overall size -_- A MNF's hands may be more detailed than an Angell-Studio's, the AS's hands are bigger, look much more proportionate and therefore are on the top of my favorites list x3

And lastly, full, round lips. Yummmmm~ The bigger and wetter they look, the better ;)

Dollshe hands ~ swoon. I love the sculpt of my Hound's hands. (I wish I'd ordered an extra set when they were available at Tensiya.) And, I'm very fond of the luxuriously creamy Homme resin of Elfdoll's Rainy boys, like my K. Not to leave the girls out: I think the Volks SD13 torso is lovely and the joint placement improves poseability. I chose a SD13 Nana as my first ABJD partly because of the two-part torso -- and I still admire its grace today. :) Thanks for this fun thread.

I just got my first doll and she has the cutest little hook like nose, it reminds me of professor snape from harry potter! (She is a souldoll tiffee).
But I also agree with the person who said about stomachs, I love the little tummys, they are very sweet, and different between sculpts, its like another little bit of personality between them. :)

Not sure if it counts but i love the neckpiece in the newer luts dolls. It just makes things so much easier when taking off the head, one twist and off it comes! no pliers or other tools required:dance

But... after that? I like the old Iple torso - one piece before the muscle body. I particularly enjoy the unbroken vista from adam's apple to navel. Eeeeverything in between is just yummy. Smooth lines instead of rippling muscles. Not skinny, but not beefy either. Just. Right.

And the Iple toosh. omg. Perfection!!

My SOOM Lupin has jointed hands, and the amount of glee people get out of posing them at meets has pretty much ensured that his original hands sit in a box neglected.

I'll probably be heat-treating them so as to turn them into "sword" hands to hold his prop sword with.

My UniLimited 06 has a really fantastic nose. So does my Ninodoll Sukryu and Minimee David Tennant head. I have this thing for noses--particularly large ones ha ha ha. The hands on the smaller Elf Doll boy body are really nice too--long slender fingers, but still masculine looking. I always thought they looked like good hands to play a musical instrument with.

I adore Delf legs (either gender). They are just so beautifully sculpted and sexy!

My LumeDoll's feet are nicely sculpted! all his toes are partially or fully separated. He can wear Tabi socks!! (I should make him a pair...)

And the noses on my MiniMee boys (Sora and Riku)!! They are just so straight and perfect and real looking! :D

HANDS... I love hands. Especially those from Dollshe, Luts/CP, Lumedoll, and Unoa.

And Pukis have the cutest widdle butt with the tiny dimples over it. XD

I adore a lot of bits and pieces. ;) I'll just run down what I like most about my dreaming KDF Cherry.

- The eyes! I adore how jut slightly opened they are and the fact that they angle downward translates so beautifully in pictures. The button nose and full lips with the divets make myheart melt.

- I prefer realistic/cute knees when they're locked which she has. She also has a cute chest and artful genitalia that I wouldn't mind highlight with a good blushing/glossing, if that wasn't enough tmi for you. :sweat

My drawbacks are that she's a little on the thin side, has clunky hands [CP doesn't offer optional hands, perhaps another company would match? I tend to prefer the grasping/clench hand positions myself] and she has the ubiquitous alien elbow. :oops I find these quirks to cute and more of a challenge than a detraction. <3

I am in love with my Soom Spinel's hands. When I only had him, I'd just sit there doing whatever and playing with his hands. They are so detailed and masculine and beautiful!

I also adore my Elfdoll Emma's hands, the new ones, although they're really pointy and sharp. But they're so graceful! Oh, and I love my Raurencio body's back - the lines are incredible. And I'm so smitten with my Zaoll girl's feet - they have the most endearing arch to them, and a gorgeous shape! Finally, my Soom Dia has the most delicious tummy.

/i know it's weird, but ears and noses. When the scuplt has a cute little ball nose it equals LOVE! lol Muscular male bodies, with abs and shapely booties, and fairyland/soom female bodies those seem to be the only female bodies that I really like.

Well, along with Soom Dolls monthly doll parts like the horns and hooves and remolded forearms, I love some of the hands you can find like Dollmore's dollpire hands. Oh lord! Are those ever gorgeous. I showed them to my boyfriend and he flipped over them.
But I saw, on Dollmore I think, a set up fully poseable hands that were gorgeous too. I love dollfie hands most, I think.

My Jace's nose. I love it! It's aquiline and has this little bump on it, it's adorable! And my Yder's left hand. He has this one finger that curls up, I love looking at it. And my Mom's Soph's ears. They are perfect little elf ears. Oh, and definitely my Jace's chest and his manly backside, it's reason alone to put him in snug denim.....

Dollmore Lilis Liv's nose is so cute :) a little bigger than you could expect from a pretty doll, and it just makes her so real. And the body (the first edition of Youth Dollmore Eve) looks good too - what I especially like about it is little breasts. If she had bigger bust, she would look too curvacious... and now she's just perfect.

Eyes are the thing for me too. They are the windows to the soul and you are right about changing the shape and changing the doll. I have just opened up the eyes on a dollzone girl and she is completely different and with her face up she has some attitude!
