She will be my first BJD and I have so many emotions running through me right now ... oddly enough I feel rather guilty, like I shouldn't have spent the money on myself and it should have gone toward the family instead ... it certainly doesn't help that unfortunately my husband is not particularly supportive of hobbies which involve "stuff" and he will probably be rather negative toward the doll, despite how the purchase of such a doll integrates several of my other hobbies such as photography, knitting, sewing ... :(

Feet. The Dragon Doll girls come with feet so flat, they don't even have definition. It's like they just lazered off the feet flat as boards, which is really good for making them stand up, but not for all the shoes that would fit them! What confuses me is why don't they just put the high heel arched feet in with the basic doll as an option to start with? So I've got Dragon Doll high heel feet on pre-order with Mint on Card, hoping that the resin matches. It's very nerve wracking. :damnit

Made a Leekworld order for new wigs, a limited snow white in LR-006_E (http://www.leekeworld.com/En/Product/p_view.asp?it_code=512&B_catalog_num=21) and slate gray of W024_E (http://www.leekeworld.com/En/Product/p_view.asp?it_code=2454&B_catalog_num=88) for Keiro. The new gray style looks more like how I've drawn her hair in the past. I was tempted to get it in whisper blue, since that's how I colour her hair, but really their unavailable silver would have been perfect. Oh well.

I have plans for another order from Dollmore and Luts for various tools and set of eyes. The tools will probably wait till after the holidays, though.

My dollies have finally cleared US customs, so should be home in a few days!!! It has been 2 months since I ordered them so I am super excited. They are a Dika Doll Rena and a Ringdoll Wagashi, plus eyes and wigs too. I am glad my Ringdoll is coming because I know others have been having trouble with their orders.
I am also waiting on two MSD wings made by a DOA member. A mohair wig from ebay. Boots from Alices Collection. As well as a commissioned outfit also from a member on DOA. It will be like Christmas these next few weeks :)

I ordered Tatsuha's Spiritdoll 2nd version male body from the factory! My first non-preloved-OMGoddess-I-have-to-wait-HOW-LONG? body.

Its different from waiting for MNM (Minimee) heads, you have something to do with the creation, and you know that "good things come to those that run the GO and work their butts off to get him just right" with them, but with Tatsuha's body, I'm hoping that he'll be everything that I dream him to be like! :heart

Well, June's adorable Shaggies wig just came in (see avatar). It looks so much better on her than the fiber one she had.

As for waiting, I haven't actually ordered my boy Shadow, a Resinsoul Mai, in light tan, but I'm waiting to order him (less than one month to go, long story) and that's quite hard enough! If anyone can guess where I got his name he or she gets a virtual cookie! :)

This is my first time posting here but thought I'd join the fun. I'm waiting on a Dollshe Pure Body Saint. I went with getting both OE and SA faceplates, wasn't sure when or if I'd be able to get either later on. It's been 9 months since I ordered... Hope he comes soon!

Dollshe took on way too many orders for the Pure Body Events. They highly over estimated how fast they could get the dolls made. I'm trying to be patient and understandable about the long wait... I just keep in mind that others waited about a year before they got their Pure Body Dollshe doll.

I've waited a long time for a doll, but on-purpose usually, because I have to go on layaway for as long as I can... But once I've paid a doll off, I can get pretty impatient.

I bought a Dolkot Daisy from eBay just this morning!! I have a 30-45 day wait, which isn't that long. I guess. She was practically an impulse buy; I just saw her a few days ago and fell in love (plus she was on sale!). Service from Dolkot seems to be hit or miss, so I hope everything goes smoothly. Now I'll have a boy and girl doll and it's time to buy clothes, clothes, and probably some more clothes. :D

I am waiting for what looks like the perfect shirt (color-wise only) for my future Tohma! :)

Its for a 65cm, and he's going to be a 70cm, so I'll have to add fabric to it to get it to fit, something I can't do until I bring him home.
