Alright, I've been collecting a few questions to post all together so I'm not just upping threads one after another.

One
I'm seeking to get a good camera for taking macro photos. I am very biased against digitals, since I rarely can get decent shots from them. The only digital I ever used and loved was a rather elderly Canon Rebel, but the Rebels are a bit beyond my price range.
Since I'm interested in photography in general, not just dolls, I'm willing to spend a good bit of money for something actually useful.
Any tips, links, or other assistance?

Two
Once I convince my gf that it's perfectly safe, I intend to hot glue suede her doll. I already know the basics (low temp gun and all that) but I'm looking for photograph/video tutorials. Preferably while leaving the doll together but I'm willing to take her apart again (my gf is just a little iffy about that part).

Three
I will be getting an Iplehouse Louis, normal skin, for my second or third doll but I intend to put him on a different body. I'm looking to find a resin match for Iplehouse but in the 56 cm range. Any ideas, y'all?
