Error Uploading Photos into Personal Albums

So... is anyone else getting this error when trying to upload photos into their personal albums? (I have 18 photo spaces left, so I don't think space is an issue. I even tried deleting about 8 photos, uploading just one photo, and I still get the same error.)

I think I fixed it! I'm not sure what cause it, but for some reason the forum wasn't creating a new folder to store images in so I had to create it manually. I'll check into this more so I can try and figure out how to prevent this in the future.
