I'll want to get migi miho twins in the future, and though I used to think twins are not worth it (i.e. why get 2 dolls of the same sculpt when you can get different sculpts for the same money?), I'm starting to think twins are interesting enough to justify the spending. Each to his own, however. If I have the money, I might even get a vampire miho... though money would be a key factor...

I never thought I would even think about it, but i have been thinking aobut getting another Lusis girl some time in the future. I have an incredible weakness for unoa dolls, and more sounds awesome to me!

I like the idea of twin dolls who have a similar sculpt, with a few minor differences.
Take Fairyland dolls for example -
Many Pukifee's look alike, but have slightly different features, whether it's the placement or shape of the eyes, or the form of the mouth.
Right now, I'm personally not interested in getting twins of the same sculpt, though that's mainly because I'm just getting into the hobby.

I have a pair of twins, Bluefairy Louis sculpts. Their hair is different, and actually, since I bought both heads separately off the secondhand market, their faceups are just a bit different too. I think Yohji's -- the yellow-haired one -- has the BF girl-lip painting rather than the boy's. Between them in this pic is the BF Jerome sculpt, that makes a nice girl and looks close enough to be a sibling as well--

I also have a pair of Bluefairy Kyles. They're not related, and different enough in that one is a normal tone and the other is the BF version of white --
