The West Coast Usergroup is a great place to hear about events and meet other BJD people who live near you. The group includes the following states:

Alaska, Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona & New Mexico.

Feel free to post announcements of meet-ups, events and cons that are happening in these states. Also, if you plan to visit the West Coast, stop on by and let us know -- we'd love to meet you!

I think that the admins are still working out if they want to put the event under this usergroup or have a whole separate usergroup for it, since it's a pretty major event and could potentially have a lot of separate, but related topics. Washington has one of the larger doll communities! There is going to be a meet up in Seattle on April 26th at Capital Hill Library from 1-4:30pm.

Well, it seems awhile since anyone posted in this thread, but I am from Arizona. It seems like there are a lot of Arizona meets. I haven't been to any but I just got my first doll, a DZ Mo. Right now he is headless since he is going to get a custom face up but I am hoping in a few weeks he will be complete.

Hi! I'm from Newport Beach, California and I just got my FIRST Super Dollfie 2 days ago!!! So excited! still.... LOL I really love the cute SDs so I got a Yo-SD Suzuna. I'll probably get some MSDs later too. Some of their faces are adorable. :) So happy that there's a Tenshi-no-Sumika in Torrance, CA. I'm gonna go live there every weekend! ;)

Yea, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a store in the LA area. The day I went in happened to be a release party day, so I was lucky to get my Yo-SD. It was so overwheming. I could've stayed there all day... or forever!

At least you don't live too far. I've driven to San Fran before a few times, it takes about 4 hours. It's not unthinkable. :)
