Dollstown site problems

Hope this is the right place for this post...I absolutely see no way to contact Dollstown on the site. I go to the "English Order" page and have at least gathered that email is not the way to do it, then they tell you to go to the bottom righthand corner and click on "write"....well I don't see that link.

I am totally STUMPED...anyone have any insights about it? I would so appreciate it!

I believe that you need to first "join" the board before you can write to it?

Though they had initially in the FAQ said that you didn't need to join to write to it, based on what they wrote later I believe they may have changed this because of spam.

I don't know for certain as I haven't joined (as I don't need to) but I would give that a try first. :)

Yeah, I tried to join too, but that doesn't operate right either. You fill in your info and get a window that says something in Korean with a "Go Back" button. I'm so surprised I don't see this topic addressed anywhere. Only a couple times. Thanks for the suggestion though...I'm still trying...

I've been having problems with the site too. I can't log in and if I try to read a question on the forum I keep getting the "go back" button.

Looks like Dollstown in going to have DollShe do their production. What's the quality of DollShe's work like?

Well, I agree with you. I have no idea how they sell their dolls. If I try to log on I can't. I just get the "move back" message. That's it. I give up.

Here's news:
I had my friend try ordering me a yeondu head, and for some crazy reason, it works fine from her computer. It's some kind of interface glitch we can't figure out. I suggest having a friend give it a try....maybe their computer will the "magic" kind that dollstown needs!
