Hi everyone!

This is just a little warning to let you know that there will be a little bit of forum downtime this week.

Basically, our forum software is getting an upgrade, as they're releasing a new version and we want to upgrade to it as soon as it's released. :)

The downtime will likely occur on Monday evening/Tuesday morning, US time. (It's dependent on when they release the software, so may occur on Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning instead.) We're going to do it during the quietest period of board activity (usually around 3-4am) so that we inconvenience as few of you as possible.. but for those who find themselves caught in the downtime, we're really sorry! Please be patient and we'll get it back up as soon as possible!

In addition, after the forum comes back up there may be a few hiccups while we get everything 100% working with the new version of the software, so we hope you can be understanding of that as well.

But for all the annoyances, the new version of vBulletin promises to have some really great features that we're pretty certain you're really going to like. So please look forward to it! Once we're up and running and everything seems to be working fine, we'll let you know what new toys are in place for you to mess around with. :D

Thank you for your understanding!

Just a little update to keep you informed - vBulletin have decided that the update is going live on their forum only today and that they'll post it for general use to download later this week. So we'll be doing the update whenever they post it for download.. here's hoping it's soon! We'll let you know as soon as we hear anything further. :)

Huge apologies for the delay with this, but in the end vBulletin put off the release of the new forum version until they had worked out all the bugs that were reported by users. Which is fine with us, as the less bugs the better. ;) However they've announced a release date, and as a result we are aiming to upgrade the forum during the early hours of Tuesday morning, US time. We apologise for any problems caused by the downtime and subsequent moving into the new forum software, but we're pretty sure that you're really going to like some of the new features that will be on offer when we're up and running at 100% again. :D

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi guys!

As per the Notice (which is a new feature of the new version of vBulletin ;)) the forum has been upgraded to the newest version! There are some small issues so far that we're aware of (the profile pages aren't working properly, the Notices don't work on the Portal page) but we'll be working over the next few hours to fix these issues as well as implement all the new features that are available. So please bear with us! :D If you notice anything out of whack, please don't hesitate to let us know - if we don't see that it's broken, we won't know to fix it!

When everything appears to be in 100% working order again, we'll make another post and introduce you to the new features that are available with this new version of the forum. :D

Thanks for your ongoing patience!
