Dollheart Fer

So how many different coloured Dollheart Fers are there?
cause the Dollheart site seems to only show the white and black and I can't find news on what i know there is

Chocolate, Indigo, Wine, Dusty Rose, Ivory, White, Black?

I'm curious as to how many there are of each one?
I think only the white, black and wine ones have been received yet.. is that correct?

There's also mint, which was more of a muted sage color. I've seen Dusty Rose, Ivory, White, Black and Wine all for sale on the board and I know the Chocolate pre-orders are supposed to ship soon. I just put in a pre-order for Indigo so I assume that one's not coming out any time REALLY soon.

As to numbers, I'm afraid I haven't a clue. -_-;; I just know the darn things are addicting. Good thing I don't have too many girls.

Fer means 'iron' in French.

white, black, wine, mint, ivory, and dusty rose have all been shipped. The pre-order for the brown and indigo have both closed but I don't think they've shipped yet.

No one's sure how many black and white ones are out there because those were the only colors originally sold by Dollheart. But for the other colors, Dolls and Friends were doing pre-orders of 20 each. Wine had two orders, so there were 40, but ivory = 20, mint = 20. I'm not sure about the brown and dusty rose that came after (you can safely assume 20 as well... that is the number Dollheart requires to do an order), but the newest edition of Indigo was 30 sets.

As for the name... when they first released it, I thought they meant to say "White Fir," as in the tree, and it was just one of their usual spelling mistakes... it seemed kind of fitting to me, as the outfit has a fantasy-like "in the forbidden forest" feel to it. But then they did Black Fer and that kind of shot my theory to hell, so... :sweat

I don't think Jennifer usually posts it underneath the 'Dollheart' section of Dolls and Friends, so you have to go to that DoA group order thread mentioned, for the links to the orders.

I hope they do do MSD size... I would gladly trade in my SD Fers for some~ the style would suit my mini girls much better. :nod

This really makes me wish I had gotten a Mint Green one, but I had no SD girl then. They do make pretty different coloured Pine-like trees!

I'm glad they're doing Mini-sized ones. I've been getting the different colors with the idea of doing a picture set with all of my girls in matching outfits (Thank the gods of resin that my guys WAY outnumber the girls over here. o_O), but I had no clue what I was going to do about the little ones.

Now Kiji, Ryuko and Min will get to dress up just like their "big sisters". ^_^

I still have to figure out what to about Mitsumushi (Banji girl-), though... :sweat

There is also Pewter (sold out) and Lavender (shipping in july? 08) plus the next color is supposed to be Cherry blossom in july? from dolls & friends.

Featherfall has come out with Royal Purple (shippin in late june? and Antique Lace just preordered yesterday and the cancelations today.

I also would love a msd size Fer but they seem to be taking a long time offering one. Dollectable Might have the first one blue sky in unoa or slim msd this year. Hopefully Dollheart will start releasing msd more often after that.

There was also a light blue that I think Dolls and Friends sold last year. I thought Cherry Blossom was another DH fashion? Would that be a light pink? Is that one being presold now by D&F?

I think they they just mispelled fur. That makes the most sense to me.
