I've just received two of their MSD size boy bodies and they are lovely. Very nice quality, and the sculpt is really lovely. They also shipped really quickly, just four days after I ordered. I just ordered another doll from them and I had to contact them about changing the shipping address and they were friendly and cooperative. So, high marks all around.

I ordered a tan Chubby Demon from them on 9/21. He arrived today - I was not expecting him this quickly, especially since I ordered him during their discount event.

He's cuuuuute, the resin is heavier than I'd expect for such a little body, and he was packaged well & professionally. Their order status & tracking info on their website is up-to-date and easy to access.

I was really happy with the purchase - totally pain-free, and I'd shop with them again.

I ordered and paid for a Favian on the 18th and he hasn't shipped yet. I have to say it bothers me that they apparently don't ship dolls out in order.

That's my only complaint though. Communication was great and the payment process was simple.

Rowena - did you get a faceup or a full doll (with eyes and wig?) I ordered a head and body, blank. They may ship out of order if they have to paint or run out of eyes/wigs briefly. ??

I got a full doll with face-up, but your not the first person who I know of that ordered after me and has already gotten their doll and at least one of those people ordered exactly the same thing I did.

But if you factor in weekends and the few days they were of for holiday, I'm still with in my 10-15 day wait period, so I'm not too stressed about it. Mildly bothered yes, but its nothing that would keep me from ordering from the company again.

EDIT-I got my doll yesterday, and I'm very impressed with him. He's well worth the price (I got mine during the sale, but he would be worth the regular price as well) and actually went beyond my expectations. I'm impressed enough that I'm planning to get a Favian head and a girl body from them to be his twin sister.

I have a msd and a tiny doll from Cherishdoll. The customer service is very good, and they ship quick. I'm not so impressed by the resin quality. And the sculpts are somewhat lacking in detailing. But overall the dolls are nice.
